The apartment Volumi Dispersi clearly follows the concept of a sober house, with solid and eco-friendly materials. Shapes and colors are essential, its lines are clean and basic. In addition, a VITOS stool by Miniforms and a Night Couch sofa bed are available, making the best out of the living area. The “Pure Bed” by Hans Hansen is made of solid durmast. The bathroom, instead, is equipped with a large shower with oak details. The surface of the apartment is 20 square meters. It features a dry lay solid oak floor, treated with natural oil, orange terpenes, linseed oil, Tung oil and soy lecithin.
In addition, the walls are finished with rice starch, clay, natural hydraulic lime, EM, lime putty aged 48 months and applied with a steel spatula.
Thanks to its architectural elements, its excellent thermal insulation and its wide south-facing glass windows, it is a true passive house, very efficient in energy expenditure: a real eco-friendly apartment.
